rl
When creating a door or window, I noticed that there is a pop up menu choice of 15 Styles. There does not appear to be any difference in the drawing, regardless of which one I choose. Are these to be assigned somehow via VW script? What is their purpose and how do I use them. rl Quote Link to comment
jfmarch
As I understand it, the Styles are classes that you can assign textures to for rendering. Since I like to see through doors with glass lights, I turn off the styles classes when in 3D mode. Hope this helps... Quote Link to comment
CipesDesign
RL- TRY THIS: draw a simple wall with a door or window pio in it. Put it in an isometric (or any other 3d view) so you can see the trim. Select STYLE 1. Render the view. Now open the edit class window (select "classes" from the class pulldown). Find STLYE 1 and double click it. Change the color (or texture if you have renderworks). Go back and re-render your view. Voila! Have fun! PLC Quote Link to comment
