Capping Parapet Wall?

That said, when I DO want to show a metal cap, I have another Parapet Cap wall, using the appropriate classes/textures, which defaults height-wise to Parapet Wall bottom, and Parapet Wall +2" for top. Therefore I draw my parapet wall as normally, then duplicate and change style to Parapet Cap & it automagically pops up a tad & recolors.

Has this really not been solved yet? Everyone stills uses a multi-step solution to end walls? It seems rudimentary to give people the ability to end the wall without having to model flashing (why is flashing also not a tool like it is in Revit?) Having to create extrusions might be simple, but editing it when you want to also edit your wall when you're in SD/DD phase is very cumbersome.
