APE Design Ctr
Hi. Looking to invest in one of these. Anyone have any experience with either, good or bad? Thank you. Quote Link to comment
Guest
Just so you know, we do not test with anything other than Adobe PDF. Any other PDF software is not supported technically by NNA. Quote Link to comment
CipesDesign
Is the "PRINT TO PDF" option (which comes with Mac OS 10xx) not sufficient for your purposes? I use it all the time and haven't ever had a problem. Granted I am not printing (or sending out to print) from it... Just Curious, Peter Quote Link to comment
APE Design Ctr
Seems my file sizes are huge... And I am sending to clients who in turn print. Maybe I will explore further. Thanks Quote Link to comment
propstuff
In my experience Acrobat will produce much smaller file sizes than Print To PDF. Haven't any experience with Jaws. cheers, N. Quote Link to comment
Petri
The main advantage of Jaws against print dialog 'Save as PDF' is that it uses round pens; also there is some control over the quality (and therefore file size.) Against Acrobat that Jaws uses round pens without a PS printer - and price. Quote Link to comment
