bc
Not sure of where to put this query. It used to be, on the old forum, when I clicked on a topic, it would send me to the most recent post I haven't read. In other words, the posting right after the posting I last read. Could someone please tell me how to set this forum up so that it does that for me? As it stands, whenever I click on an already perused topic it sends me to the very first post. I want it to send me to the first post I haven't read yet. "Unread content" seems to list all posts I haven't read yet regardless of topic? Thanks, bc Quote Link to comment
zoomer
Well, for eMail Notifications it is mandatory to use the Link at the Bottom of the mail. "Go to this topic" The Link on Top will only bring you to the start of the thread. As for your forum interface, you have an option to set it in "Unread (or Custom) Content" then Links will also bring you directly to the first unread post. Quote Link to comment
Andy Broomell
Try clicking on the little blue button to the left of the topic. Quote Link to comment
bc
Thanks zoomer but "unread content" didn't seem to do that and it is an overall format I don't like. Thanks Andy. This blue button suggestion solved my problem. 1 Quote Link to comment

It is hidden in the read status at the bottom. And you have to look if there appears a "save" button right, under the ribbon. (It does always not come for all changes ?) In case you will use that View you don't like anyway. Quote Link to comment
