VW 2016 Camera doesn't originate from where it thinks it does

Can someone else confirm this issue -

- Create a camera and place it in the corner of a room.

- Try moving the camera so its just 1" or so inside the room.

- Display the camera and render the view using OpenGL.

- The camera thinks its inside the wall even though it shouldn't be and wasn't in earlier versions.

- Move the camera out of the corner until it renders properly. In my experiments the camera has to be at least 6" from the corner to work.

If someone can confirm this I'll get Jim to bug submit it.
