michaelk
Anybody else seeing this? Create a new line type with a text object as one of the components. Draw a polygon with that line type. With the reshape tool try to make one segment of the polygon invisible. I'm finding that with that custom line type - but not with a default line type - segments will not become invisible but will become unselectable. mk Quote Link to comment
James Russell
MK, There's certainly something sinister going on here. I can replicate your query, with any line type that involves a replicated geometric object. I also noticed that it alters the wrapping of the individual text items around corners, seemingly short-cutting the corner in a way. It doesn't seem to be replicated with dashed styles or normal features. I'd say bug but like small ant sized right? J Quote Link to comment
Ozzie
I noticed these sorts of things awhile ago I only used it with lines - not polys because of the corner issue Interesting thing is it is called a Line Type not a Poly Type so should it be used with Polys?? And if some one can explain to me how you get the distances between objects in it separated how you want them to be!!!! Quote Link to comment
