Mac Keyboard Shortcut for Classes / Layers dialog box...

Vectorworks Fundamentals 2016 - also goes for VW 2015 - appears that the keypress shortcut for the Classes and Layers dialog boxes fail to work no matter what I set them up to be in my workspace... currently and I believe by default it is option+command+C for Classes and option+command+L for Layers.

Anyone else?

I'm not sure where you are trying to set keyboard shortcuts for Classes and Layers dialogs. You might try describing your problem with more details.

However, you can access the Navigation Palette with CMD-SHIFT-N, and the Organization Palette with Cmd-SHIFT-O. Both palettes let you access and change Classes and Layers, among other things.

If the "Organization..." menu is not in your workspace (It wasn't in any of mine) you can add it manually using the Workspace Editor. I used the "All menus" category to find it. When I added it I didn't assign a hotkey, but after I closed the Workspace Editor it automatically adopted CMD-SHIFT-O for the hotkey. That's new to me.

I thought Fundamentals does not include Organization Palette.

I think it is the "Organization...." window (menu command), and the Navigation palette that are being referred to. The former is in all versions, the latter is not.

Opt+CMD+L should toggle Unified View, I was not aware of a keyboard shortcut for the Layers and Classes Organization dialog panes by default (Which you can also get directly to by clicking the respective buttons next to the Layer and Class dropdown menus in the View bar) I normally use CMD+Shift-O as mentioned above.
