archdaly
Hi, I recently upgraded from 2015 to 2016. Nothing else has changed. I'm still running same OS X (10.9.5) I have a 3.5 GHz Processor, 32GB memory, with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4096 MB graphics card. I've noticed though that "fast renderworks" is spitting out terrible quality renderings in this new version. I can't see where I adjust the renderworks setting for this as I've never had to tweak things before. Can someone help? I've attached 2015 FRW and 2016 FRW samples Thanks, Quote Link to comment
Kevin McAllister
See this thread here - https://techboard.vectorworks.net/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=215312#Post215312 If you want more control over your render settings I would recommend using the Custom Renderworks option and creating your own render style. archdaly
Thank you! I guess I'll just have to adjust my working style. It's a shame as it seems fast renderworks is almost useless now... for me at least. Quote Link to comment
Phil hunt
i thinks that right its seems pointless the old fast renderworks seemed to have all the right settings to do the job but i have never created a custom renderworks so at least i have learned something from this thread so just so understand i can edit the custom renderworks style from within the viewport and then it will update the view with the edited renderworks style i cant seem to find the other settings for the camera views though that are new in 2016 Quote Link to comment
