tech support woes

We have had a large call volume lately with the release of VW 10. The hold time is about 20-25 minutes right now before getting thru to a tech person.

The best times to call are in the morning, EST. Our afternoons are VERY busy.

If you do not wish to make the phone call, you can fax or email your inquiries in, or as Peter suggested, post them on the message board.

When I am all caught up on emails and phone calls, I try to get on here and answer as much as I possibly can.

Most tech places that have a 1800 number, have you pay for the tech service - usually at a much higher rate than the long distance call itself.

A 30-40 minute call at 5 cents a minute is 1.50 - 2.50 vs 30$ per call if you call a pay as you go service.
