unearthed
is there a way for a worksheet (not a DB) to get the total number of plants from Place Plant. In Object Info for Place Plant, groups lack a unique identifier, but they do have a Quantity (in the data tab), and there's a worksheet criteria for Quantity Measure as a field value, but I cant get the worksheet to return anything other than zero. So is it possible or do I have to use a DB? Edited April 22, 2014 by nig Quote Link to comment
michaelk
Not sure what you mean by Place Plant (might be a NZ localization?) But, I'm pretty positive that it is possible. Can you send a simple example with a couple plants you want counted? Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Tamsin Slatter Posted April 22, 2014 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted April 22, 2014 Use Tools > Reports > Choose Schedule. Then select Plant List Simple (for example). This will give you a list of all the plant objects present in the drawing. For more information on creating plant schedules, we have a couple of videos on this page that you might find useful: http://www.vectorworks-training.co.uk/buy-vectorworks/training-for-design-vectorworks-training-gifts/ Quote Link to comment
