Kevin McAllister
Does anyone know why VW Cloud Services doesn't show up in the Login Items list on a Mac (under the Users and Groups preference tab)? Items that launch on startup as supposed to show up here. I hate software that bends the rules.... Do I have to uninstall it to stop it from launching? Kevin Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted February 10, 2014 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted February 10, 2014 (edited) Actually I just noticed nearly the opposite. When I launch Cloud Services 2.5.4, I have Settings > General > Run on Startup enabled, but it does not start automatically when my Mac reboots, nor does it show at all in Login Items. Submitting the issue now, as I am pretty sure this was working in the past. (You MAY be able to disable auto-start by clicking the menu bar item, then disabling Settings > General > Run on Startup, but if not I'll add that to the report.) KGreenmun
Hey there- I don't use VW Cloud Services but it always loads anytime I reboot. I used to be able to disable cloud services from "run on startup" but that doesn't seem to be an option with the current version of VW. Am I looking in the wrong place? Quote Link to comment
rDesign
What OS are you running? The ‘OS 10’ in your signature could mean either Windows 10 or MacOS 10. Quote Link to comment
