visard
Any recommendations for making reflected ceiling plans? Thanks. BTW- what is the top view showing us? Quote Link to comment
RickR
As a lighting designer I do a lot of RCPs. For me it's all about class control. Furniture off, Ceiling on. Sometimes I force wall fills to solid just to make everything clear. Saved views are my most common tool, so I can keep the class sets consistent. Top/Plan is the 2D of a hybrid object and a down view of 3D only objects. Try swapping quickly between Top/Plan and Top 3D views. 5 & 0 on the number pad. Quote Link to comment
Danielj1
I generally draw the ceiling-only components on a separate layer, showing walls in a lower layer. Saved views save the right combo. Class control also, to deal with doors, etc. Dan J. Quote Link to comment
CipesDesign
"Top/Plan View" is, by definition, the only 2d View in VW's. All other views are 3d Views, including "Top View"... Quote Link to comment
