doors, setting cill height?

Hi

Is it possible to set the door to have say 150mm layer fo wall before the threshold?

I have a wall where the ground falls away and a couple of doors are then "up" the wall as it were, or do i draw then just move?

The door is up the wall 225mm so there is a step, not sure how to do this?

Normally, a house has a foundation, floor framing then walls.

Openings are set in the walls.

The ground is usually below the floor framing and above the footings.

Why is the door up the wall about 9"?

You may need to add steps or a landing

I don't think that VW allows this. It assumes that a door is at the bottom of its wall. You would have to put your door in a wall, then raise the whole wall your 150 mm, then add a 150 mm section of wall under the first. A workaround for sure.

You can put the door at any height you want. Even if it exceeds the top or bottom of the wall.

Insert the door.

In the door's OIP enter a value in the height field. (Not Door Height field.)
