michaelk
Just started setting up my first new project in 2010. Trying to import a pdf causes an immediate VW crash. Doesn't matter if I import from the file menu, drag a pdf in, or create a reference to a pdf. Doesn't matter if I try with a brand new empty document or an existing document - instant crash. Any ideas? michaelk Quote Link to comment
Christiaan
Do you have control over the data you're trying to import? You might try creating the PDF again or even converting it to a jpeg file if you get desperate. Quote Link to comment

michaelk
Thanks for the ideas, gentlemen. It happens with all the pdfs I tried from many different sources. I haven't tried using a pdf created from VW. I'll give that a go. I am able to import the pdf I need into VW2009. But opening that file in 2010 causes an immediate crash. michaelk Quote Link to comment
