jfmarch Posted November 10, 2008 Share Posted November 10, 2008 Hi, We are having a problem with the 'Import PDF...' command on one machine in our office. We get an error message saying the the plugin is missing. The plugins we have are 'Export PDF (Batch)'; PDFPage'and 'PDFUtilityLib'. The other machines do not have this issue, and the machince with the problem has these plugins. I have reinstalled VW twice and it still occurs. We have also copied those plungins from working machines to the iMac, but still it does not work. The 'Import Image File' has no problems. Any tips or suggestions? Thanks. Quote Link to comment
Jim Smith Posted November 10, 2008 Share Posted November 10, 2008 Is the workspace a legacy workspace? If so, it may be importing a command that has been updated. If so, update your workspace by moving the Import PDF from the menu into your new menu Quote Link to comment

In fact, my station does and I have no problem with Import PDF. We might look at the system/permissions and see if there is an issue there. Or with the other account on this machine...
