Itchy Posted June 10, 2007 Share Posted June 10, 2007 No idea why, closed VW when i went on lunch and then when i came back VW wouldnt load, it loads the first part where it says what product you got (Architect with RW) and then that disapears and the program doesnt load any further. when you look at the task manager it says it is using about 50% of the CPU (3.0GHz) and starts at using 60mb ram and slowly goes up by 2mb about every 5 seconds but nothing happens. any one know whats up? im assuming ill need to do a complete re install but would like to avoid doing that. gScott Posted June 10, 2007 Share Posted June 10, 2007 sometimes i get a crash on exiting that buggers the active workspace + results in non-starting as you're describing. try moving or deleting the workspace file that was active when you left + see if it will restart. if so, the workspace is damaged + hope the backup folders within the workspaces folder have something useful in them for you to recover...
