Is there anyway to constrain clicking and dragging to the Z-Axis while moving an object?

Recommended Posts

Is there anyway to constrain clicking and dragging to the Z-Axis? Or any axis for that matter? I'd like to click and drag an object but constrain it to only one axis.

If anyone uses Blender, this is a function you can achieve by selecting the object and pressing X,Y, or Z to constrain it to that axis. The closest tool that I know of in VW to get to a similar result is using the smart points snapping function, but this requires there to be an object, and is not limited to the axis.

Yes that's exactly what I found yesterday when I tried it out so not going back on it today!

Yes great to see not only several bugs resolved in the Update but fairly major new features too. Well done!
