Dick Jenkins
Another issue with the Windows. When I insert windows into a wall and want the jamb to be flush with the exterior side of the wall I get these extended lines ath the jambs. I am using these settings: Insert Wall - Left Edge Insertion Relative to: Exterior face of Jamb In 3d it's fine: Quote Link to comment
michaelk
Is that a custom window or two windows directly adjacent to each other? Quote Link to comment
Dick Jenkins
Two windows adjacent to each other. The middle window is a shorter awning window while the two on either side are taller casement windows. The 3D view I showed was another window on the same project. michaelk
Can you copy the wall with that window into a blank file and post it? Quote Link to comment
Dick Jenkins
Sure. It is attached.Window file with line at jamb.vwx Quote Link to comment
michaelk
You may have found a bug. Here's one workaround: Pull the windows out of the wall. In Settings>General set the Insertion Relative to: Center of Jamb. Reinsert the window. Offset as necessary. Quote Link to comment

I can reproduce this and submitted a bug report (VB-201384). One way around the issue is to select the "Use wall closure" option in the "Plug-in Object Options" or "Plug-in Object Style Options" dialog for the windows. Quote Link to comment
