Worksheet Criteria Help Needed.

I want my worksheet to show all the cabinet backs in the East Wall Uppers, North Wall Uppers, and West Wall Uppers layers. The real count is 8, the worksheet counts 1937!  I have yet to find the correct way to setup the criteria. I need help!

The way your criteria is set, it is reporting everything on each of those three layers.

 

What your criteria says is:

 

Layer 1 OR Layer 2 OR Layer 3 OR (ALL Class Boxes-Backs)

 

What you want it to say is 

(Layer1 OR Layer 2 OR Layer 3) AND (Class Boxes-Backs)

 

Rearrange the criteria so the ALL comes first and then the ANY is a subset inside the all.

Now I want to add some of the other cabinet parts to the worksheet list. I tried this, but no luck.

You still have your ANY and ALL mixed up.

 

What you want is:

 

(Class is Sides OR Class is Dividers) AND (Layer is Layer-1 OR Layer is Layer-2 OR Layer is Layer-3)

 

I didn't change the class from Backs to Sides before I took the screen shot, but that change should not make a difference.

Perfect @Pat Stanford. Yea, classes selected are not important until I get the count correct, and I have that good now. This info will be helpful now that I am doing the cabinet construction. I'm cutting parts today.
