Temporary Snapping Un-suspend

Hi Kevin,

I share your snapping vibe and the implementation of the 'state based snapping inversion' is probably a good and easy overall change.

However I've also found people aren't aware/appreciative of the slightly hidden 'sticky suspended snapping' shortcut (done by a quick double-tap of the ` key), which I've probably committed to muscle memory in lieu of your suggested GUI/interface change.

Cheers,

James

I definitely use the sticky suspend snapping, which is what prompted the wish 🙂 People who trace over a lot of bitmap scans will understand the need for both......

I had noticed that sometimes suspended snapping became 'stuck' after only seeking to suspend it temporarily I didn't realise this was why! Thank you.
