Wall Closure at inserts

I'm having trouble getting the wall closures working properly for some reason... It has worked previously on another file so I know theresnothing wrong with the tool, just the way I am setting it up. I enclose screenshots showing the set up dialogue and the opening in the wall which is not reacting..

Any hints to what I'm doing wrong?

Without seeing a file with that wall, I can only guess that the wall has no height.  Wall closure graphics for Top/Plan are actually sectioning through the wall's 3D geometry.  If the wall shows flat in a 3D view, give it (and it's components) some height so it contains the window.  After that, it should create the Top/Plan graphics as expected.

Also, check that the Door has 'Use Wall Closure' enabled in the Plug-in Object Options (or Plug-in Object Style Options)...
