Multi View Panes

My VW  froze over & over & over for 4 days last week. I accomplished no work. I called support over 4 days. On the last day was told DO NOT USE MULTI PANES. Which to be frank came v late in day having lost almost a week of work. So 1 week on,  @SupportTech are you going to actually update me with what's going on. Can I start using this again. Support case , 00293708, 00293641, 00293425, I would like to use The Multi Pane function, I need it. Your help welcomed

David, I would move this to troubleshooting.  Others my have had this issue.  I use multipanes from time to time and they can cause some crashing issues, especially if your computer is underpowered in terms of graphics card etc.  Please put your computer specs in your signature, that is helpful.
