Dear VW Folk, How do I get a fence to align with a site model, I have tried everything, send to surface etc etc - All help welcomed. It just sits in a straight line, HELP !

My VW froze over & over & over for 4 days last week. I accomplished no work. I called support over 4 days. On the last day was told DO NOT USE MULTI PANES. Which to be frank came v late in day having lost almost a week of work. So 1 week on, @SupportTech are you going to actually update me with what's going on. Can I start using this again. Support case , 00293708, 00293641, 00293425, I would like to use The Multi Pane function, I need it. Your help welcomed

I had/have the same problem - I actually contacted support last November & stil have no answer to this problem from them. I like my site model to have a lawn (rendered) & It just would not work. It had in the past BTW If I log out & sign back in it sometimes allows me to change into rendered mode, however this is not the solution & v annoying Try logging out - sign back in & see if this helps I have VW 2023

Hi Al, I have a site model. (garden design) I want to run my fence/trellis in line with the site model - and follow its heights & contours How do i get the fence to follow the contours & not just sit at one height ? All help welcomed 🙂

Hi all, For some reason my heliodon when placed is not really doing much. I usually can control the sun etc - however I am getting nothing - just a very dark space & not a lot going on. This has never happened before - and help welcomed Thank you , David
