Wrong colors when a 3D model is exported

Hi, when I export my buildings from Vectorworks as an image, some floors turn gray, while others don't. But when I was rendering with the teapot before, everything was looked okay. How do I get this fixed? Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me when exporting a model consisting only of extrusion bodies. Sorry I used google translate, since nobody answered me on the German Forum

There was an issue that sounds similar to what you are explaining, which was fixed in Vectorworks 2023 SP4. If you haven't yet upgraded, please upgrade and let us know if you are still experiencing the issue. And yes, an example file would help a lot.
