Remoting into I Mac to use Vector Works

Hi,

 

When we use Team viewer to remote into our IMac computers to work remotely, we find a few functions don't work (drag and drop and clicking on objects). Do other people have these issues? what are other people using to work remotely?

I provide technical support for Vectorworks users in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. In my work I use TeamViewer regularly to control user's computers remotely without the issue you describe, but there are several variables that can affect behaviour.
