  1. Thanks Andy to adding to this old post - you just solved my frustration.
  2. Actually I just found the solution (for workspaces at least) once in the Migration manager in the options panel you need to expand the workspaces options to select the workspaces you wish to migrate. All other options seem to be automatically selected but not workspaces. I hope that helps.
  3. Hey Dean, Wondering if you found a solution to this ? i am having the same issue. Thanks AT
  4. Sorry -details:- Mac Pro (Late 2013) High Sierra 10.13.6 3 GHz 8-Core Intel Xeon E5 2 GB 1866 MHz DDR3 AMD FirePro D700 6144 MB VWX 2019 (Build 452523)
  5. Hi Jeremy, I am having similar but slightly different problems. Classes that should be invisible in viewports are not. It is particularly so when it is a section viewport and the section line has cut through an 'invisible object'. If I edit the design layer every thing appears as it should but not amount of changing visibilities either on the viewport or the main screen seems to fix it. The problem is not however consistent. It does occur most when it is hidden line or polygon rendering but also randomly in GL and others. Although the cut objects are the most problematic they are not the only ones. (And it is driving me crazy!!)
  6. I have been struggling with this intermittent problem for ages - and it drives me crazy. I have just discovered it has something to do with 'unified view'. I can't quite work out if on or off is better but what seems to work is, that if items disappear, change the 'unified view' to which ever it is not. Bingo - I can see what I am selecting and modifying (!).
  7. Just wondering if anyone found a solution to this as (although a few months have passed) - I am having the same issue.
  8. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I recently upgraded to 14 and I am having continual problems. I am running on OS 10.9.1 (specs are below) and VW14 crashes at least 5 times a day. Usually it is while I am either rendering or using the map attribute tool, but it is also at odd moments of editing a solid when the document is something other than wireframe (GL included). Today I uninstalled the program and any old versions of the program and then reinstalled to no avail. It is driving me spare. It is not a particularly complicated drawing or objects. And it is not just the particular doc either as it has happen across projects. The other (less devastating but annoying) problem is that just about always when I am inside a symbol and I render (in open GL) it continues to appear as wireframe until I grab the flyover tool and shift view a little. Then everything renders OK. At other times it only part renders. Seriously - I have migrated from 2010 and it was a good sturdy program!! After spending a pretty hefty sum of money I would expect smoother sailing!!!! I also increased the RAM. I am using a powerbook and changing the video card is almost impossible. Any advice? Anyone?
