Looking for 3D Schematic Rendering Option

I have seen a 3D schematic rendering style on a few of the Vectorworks University tutorial videos, the videos explained how to do a 2d schematic view, but didn't explain the 3d rendering style show below:

I have looked through the rendering options and the options menus but haven't had any success,

How is this achieved?

This one is also using an architectural rendering trick inside the viewport on the sheet layer:

  1. Polygon tool
  2. Lasso mode (draw a big fat circle around the whole thing)
  3. Choose a heavy line weight to achieve that outline

For clarification, none of these views are schematic (2D by definition). They're just various perspective renders. Searching for schematic views will send you down a rabbit hole of frustration and disappointment.
