connect an external computer for rendering

Dear people

does anyone use an other computer for a rendering job while using VW at the same time?

it would be a fine solution for me.

Standard licensing allows only one instance of VW to be run at a time, while allowing you to install on two computers (work and home/portable). So you would need to get a second license to do this.

 

Have you looked into VW Cloud Services? You can upload a file and it will automatically render the file and Publish PDFs and other file formats as well as generate rendered 3D models and animations all without typing up your local computer.
