Bruce Kieffer Posted February 22, 2006 Share Posted February 22, 2006 I'm holding my plastic card in my hand, anxious to purchase a VW upgrade, but alas there is no one at the other end of the phone. I called the other day, waited over an hour, then gave up. I sent an email asking for someone to call me. No response. Now this morning I'm back on the phone to the sales number, waiting now another hour and I'm ready to give up again. What is the problem over there? Is this what I can expect if I need support?
