vectorworks doesn't open

Hi, I have a problem opening my Vectorworks( 2018 student version) my licence expired on 26-04-2019. I have requested for an extension and re-downloaded the 2018 version. but it doesn't open. Below I attached screen shots of the problem. How can this be fixed? thanks Alexandra

@alexandra onyebuchiIf you requested the license extension via the student portal, it normally takes 1-2 business days for the approval. If you have not received your extension yet please contact uktech@vectorworks.net
