    Hi, I have a problem opening my Vectorworks( 2018 student version) my licence expired on 26-04-2019. I have requested for an extension and re-downloaded the 2018 version. but it doesn't open. Below I attached screen shots of the problem. How can this be fixed? thanks Alexandra

    Hi I'm having problems with Vectorworks, I'm using the educational version. I had the 2017 version but it kept crashing when I tried importing dwg files. Then I dowloaded the 2018 version I'm able to import files and work but when I try editing the 2d cad block it keeps crashing. Could you please advice me on how how I could fix this. Thanks.
