Seating Tool 2D Components

I've noticed that Seat symbols that are part of the Seating Section Tool don't use the new 2D Components. When the tool is converted to a group, all works as intended.  Is this an oversight or intended? Its a shame as this is a perfect example of where you would want low detail in all but the largest scale as often there will be several hundred of instances of the same symbol.

Thanks Rob. I'm using a custom symbol for the seats and have put all the various 2D elements in place. The 2D components of seats display fine in hidden line when used on their own, but when used within the seating section tool they don't.

 

As I said, is this an oversight with regard to the seating section tool and how it handles the new 2D components of symbols or is this intended?
