PDF is blank

I've been trying to export my sheet layer as a PDF but each time the PDF shows up blank. I've tried everything but for some reason it still won't show up.

Looking closely at your screen shot I think the issue is that your viewport scale is 1:1 or something close to it. In the very centre of your screen shot I can see a tiny rectangle that is the page you are printing (right near the lowest two fixtures with the green dots where the rulers indicate 0,0 would be). With your viewport selected change its scale in the OIP to something that fits your sheet/page size (1/8" = 1'=0" would be my guess).
