Andy Broomell
Hmmm... Are Classes set to "Show/Snap/Modify" others? And Layers? Are you in Top/Plan? Quote Link to comment
rickpett
Yes I am in top/plan. Classes are always in "Show/Snap/Modify" mode. Putting Layers in "Show/Snap/Modify" has no effect, plus LIGHTING was the active layer anyway. I've worked for years in "Show/Snap" for layers. Quote Link to comment
markdd
There is some new functionality in later version of Spotlight which means there is now a Spotlight Preferences Dialogue. You can find this under the edit tab ( I think, I'm away from the computer at the moment) Here you can adjust some class related parameters which may be causing unexpected results. (Just a thought) Also, try editing one of the instrument symbols. That might make a difference? Edited June 27, 2017 by markdd Quote Link to comment
rickpett
Weird but what I did was select all Moving lights, then, in attributes hit "make all attributes by class" Then repeated for lights and static accessories. Lighting positions all looked fine. Live and learn I guess. Quote Link to comment
