How to save preferences In a sheet file

How do we make a custom sheet file, so that when we create a section view port from a clip cube for instance, the section is created on a sheet file with the correct paper size and settings and our title block already set up?

I think a possibility is to create a Preset File with *.sta ending that includes

a Viewport with proper settings.

When you want to create a new Viewport, you duplicate that Preset VP and

change it's view.

 

At least I don't know any better solution and do so in my Preset Files.
