0 Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted October 24, 2016 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted October 24, 2016 Currently there is no way to count faces. If you lose geometry after export the only solution is to remove or turn off some of the classes/layers in your document before exporting to Web View. We've already put in requests for there to be a more intelligent system of checking this limit as well as increasing the limit WebView can handle in the first place. Quote Link to comment
0 halfcoupler
Counting faces could be a powerful analysis tool not only for web view. I could check which part of my models or which symbol may cause trouble. Quote Link to comment
0 rDesign
Instead of only being able to count faces on a global per-file basis, it would be very helpful if the faces count also could be shown per container object (group, symbol, auto-hybrid). Perhaps it could be always shown at the bottom of the OIP. Quote Link to comment
