Christiaan
In the UK we have a online planning submission website that restricts attachments to an anachronistic 5MB. Getting sub-5MB files out of VW can be really difficult with some drawings, even when post-processing them in Acrobat. Here's a method I found that gets around that, at least with OS X: 1. File > Export Image File 2. Choose Marquee and draw a marquee around your page boundaries. 3. Change Print Size to the size of page you're exporting and adjust resolution and quality to suit the file size you're targeting. Then export as JPEG. 4. Now open JPEG in Preview and choose File > Print..., choose the relevant Paper Size, then Save as PDF... Quote Link to comment

CipesDesign
Thanks Christiaan. Question: do you ever have trouble losing accurate scale when exporting image files?? How exactly do you control that? 1 Quote Link to comment
