Urgent DWG convert, but Vectorworks is crashing

My Installation of Vectorworks2013 sp5 must have a bug, as it crashes whenever trying to import or export a dwg file. Happens with all dwg files, and any document I try to export.

I can't do a fresh install for a fortnight as I'm away.

Anyone have a fix for this that doesn't require reinstall?

Or, anyone willing to convert a 1.3mb dwg file to vwx2013 for me ?

Regarding the crashing on import, I've experienced crashes with previous versions if the dwg version was more recent than Vectorworks was supporting. A solution could be to use DWG Trueview to convert the dwg file to an older version (e.g. 2010) and then try to import again.

For the crashing upon exporting I have no solution, assuming you are trying to dwg only. It seems the import/export plugin may have become corrupted/damaged and then reinstalling is probably your best option.
