L+K
Using VW 10 Architect for Mac Is there a way to import my EXCEL Finish Schedule into VW so it looks exactly the same way it does in Excel? (i.e., borders, grid lines, columns and row widths accurate) When I copy & paste, it seems to lose most of its formatting. Quote Link to comment
Guest
Create a new worksheet in VW. Make sure it has at least the same number of rows and columns. Leave this worksheet active. Go to File>Import and select Import Worksheet. The excel file has to be saved as a tab delimited txt file. Select this dab delimited text file and click on OK. It should import your excel file into the VW worksheet. There may be a few formatted items in Excel that will not carry over due to the limitatons in VW. Quote Link to comment
P Retondo
Katie, in this regard, does NNA have future plans to incorporate OLE links so that Word and Excel files can be more simply included in VW documents? [ 03-18-2003, 01:14 PM: Message edited by: P Retondo ] Quote Link to comment
jnr
Wish list: If not OLE then at least: Word wrap, Word wrap,Word wrap,Word wrap,Word wrap,Word wrap,Word wrap,Word wrap,Word wrap,Word wrap. Otherwise the worksheet function is often useless... Quote Link to comment
