rotating objects

is there any way to rotate a number of objects about their centres as individual objects rather than as a group? I have a large number of objects that I'd like to select and rotate 45deg without having to do them individually.

Not currently that I am aware of, unless it can be accomplished via scripting.

I will submit a request for a "rotate objects individually in place" option to be added to the Rotate command.

Just installed that script, very cool. In C4d it's called per object manipulation and it's a very useful thing to do. Now, if only there were handles to rotate by instead of just entering a number....

I want it too, badly! There are a few wishlist items to this effect. Hopefully it isnt denied due to patents like the View Cube UI is, its a great interface element.
