Makes you wonder......the solutions are out there, why NVs doesn't just acquire this plugin and build their (stair)railing tools around it, there are options for any type of handrail profile + frame profiles etc., it adjusts automatically to slab and stair edges and places posts logically where needed....we've been asking for this to be implemented natively for god knows how long, how hard can it be?!

I agree.

I think it is more about the powers that be wanting to more than difficulty.

Vectordecks is working on curved decks, railings and spiral stairs for the next release.

It seems to me that they think everything must be "designed/modeled" in order to have the freedom they propose.

Leave the design tools there for those that need it or to use when needed.

Interiorcad for cabinets is great, could be made simpler.

Select cabinet size, frame style, door style, # doors/drawers,

etc.

Should have libraries of these already.

Why do we need to draw hip & full hip returns for roofs?

Should be an option to check.

Why do we need to draw corner boards or frieze board for homes?

Should be an option.

Footings for walls should be an option, so that when you draw a wall the footings are there as well.

I wish I knew more about how to use Vectorscript or the SDK and I would create these tools/options myself.
