Door types and VA door schedules

Is there a way to do a VA door schedule worksheet that groups door types (via the door object ID tag suffix) instead of listing every single door? Otherwise we end up with 2x A1 pages of door schedule!!

We do our own custom schedules so I am not familiar with the VA door schedule, however, in worksheets when editing your database headers you can drag the 'sum' icon (short for summarize I believe) into the database header of any column. Any duplicate names in that column will be listed only once.

I would suspect this would work in the VA door schedule.

Thanks Joe, the problem with that is that it adds all the figures together. So we end up with door widths of 23128 mm and so on.

So drag SUM tiles to them also and it will UNSUM those columns.

In the past I have converted the numbers field to a text field so they don't add even though they are numbers.

Is it possible to add a 'count' column? To provide the number of instances of a certain door type? =(Door.Count) doesn't work.

Edit: =Count worked.
