autosave glitch...PLEASE fix

So if you're editing a symbol in 3d and have drawn some 2d things, the autosave feature bumps those out into the 2d portion of the symbol. VERY frustrating if you are trying to lay something out.

But, if you turn autosave off and then forget about it, you can get really screwed too.

Can this autosave/2d glitch please get resolved?

I totally agree. I think I may have actually bug submitted this behaviour.....

Autosave needs a general overhaul anyway. It always seems to be in the way with the dialog popup. I also think it often causes the system to pause at the end of rendering viewports. As a Mac user I would prefer if full Lion versions / autosave was enabled in Vectorworks. That way Vectorworks would reopen into its last state automatically....

Totally agree!

Forgive me for sounding like a stuck record, but these are among the very basic standards that should just happen without the intervention of the "Users" complaints to buck-up "TPTB".

After all, it's been pointed out often enough . . . . .
