bcd
It seems in 2012 the Event Seating is more robust than before. Is there a way to control the Text Size on the Seat Numbers independently of the Seating Area label? Quote Link to comment
zebu55
I don't know as I am still on 2010 but I have also my question for this topic. Every time I creat an event seating it is oriented with a strange angle. I never find the way to point it at Y 0? or X O?. Have you got any idea ? Quote Link to comment

Vectorworks, Inc Employee klinzey Posted November 29, 2011 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted November 29, 2011 The event seating looks for other objects placed by the event planning commands to use as a look to point. If none of those objects exists it places the look to point close to the center of the seating layout. From there you can grab the control point and move it to where you need it. The simplest option is to snap it to the midpoint of what you want to be the front of the seating area. It's impossible for the command to determine where the front of the seating is without finding some other object. If you want to place the look to point when you are creating the seating area use the create seating layout command. Quote Link to comment
