Worksheet wrap text problem

What platform are you on? Windows or Mac? Maybe put this in your signature so it is available with every post.

Do you have either Quartz imaging (Mac) or GDI+ imagine (Windows) turned on in the Vectorwork Preferences, Display tab.

If you do have it on, try it with it off.

Also, check your Font Mappings (Edit Font Mappings in the same VW Prefences pane). It may be that you are mapping one of the fonts but when you send it to the printer, it is a built in font in the printer and using that one that has different character widths.

Windows Xp

Vectorworks 2008

GDI+ is off

Fonts map to arial (I'm using architxt which looks different so its not maping to arial)

Its more of a margin problem within the cells. Its wraping text halfway threw the cell causing 3 or 4 lines of text. The bottom two lines then get cut off even if the cells are set to auto adjust.

What happens if you set up a 30x42 sheet in another program, say Word or Excel and try to print it. Does it wrap funny or cut off?

I still think that it is a printer driver or font problem.

Try creating a new VW file and import the worksheet through the Resource Browser. Does it print correctly from the new file? You could have some corruption in the VW file.
