DonM
Hi ........ I'm trying to create a transparent roof using the roof command but I only get the top face transparent leaving the underface solid..... how do I get it to be completely see through? Quote Link to comment
CipesDesign
If you have 12.5 (or later) you can use the LAYER OPTION: GRAY (or GRAY SNAP) OTHERS. Make sure the ROOF is in it's own layer, and STACK LAYERS is active. Make one of the other layers the active layers. You will have a very cool, see-through roof. Quote Link to comment
DonM
Thanks Pete .... I would think that you could apply textures to the underside of a roof not just topside .... but .... I?ll try this out... Quote Link to comment
Harry Newman
Bit of an old post but worth mentioning that you could put the roof that you wish to be transparent onto a 'transparent roof' class and then grey out the class as opposed to a whole layer. Good luck! Quote Link to comment
