It would be nice if we could create Symbols that didn't insert into Walls. Better yet Symbols that could be placed in the drawing using the Walls to guide placement (as usual), but not actually inserting into the Wall.
This would help when placing loose furniture in a plan for instance. We have ours set to place a certain distance from Walls, but we don't actually want them to insert into the wall because we might then want to rotate or move them in some way. Insertion slows this later process down.
There's the option to toggle Wall Insertion Mode but this a blunt tool compared to setting specific Symbols not to insert by default.
