Popup window when duplicating a Sheet Layer

I'd like the Edit window to popup to name a Sheet Layer when you're duplicating one, instead of it naming it itself. Dunno about Design Layers, but it would be useful with Sheet Layers.

One thing that's annoying currently is that we have our job numbers tagged on the end of each Sheet Layer name, e.g. 05918. If we duplicate a Sheet Layer this gets truncated to 5918 instead of becoming 05918-1. Which is a bug I guess.

i think that this should happen (the Edit dialog box should open) when you create a new design or sheet layer as well. It?s a pain they way it is, it?s a two stage operation.

Yeah you're right, there's little or no advantage to the current system for the user.

Christiaan, I'd agree that this is a bug. Any such string that starts with the zero digit should be handled as a text string instead of as a number.
