cad@sggsa
Good day When doing renders with gobo's in the drawing, there are small bloks visible, which represent the gobo texture. How do I get it to be invisible. I have tried setting the attributes to none, but only the outline selection worked, the fill would not go to the none option Quote Link to comment
cad@sggsa
I know this is an old post, but no reply was given and I still need to find out what to do. Please help out Quote Link to comment
michaelk
Hi Carl Does VW12.5 add a little 3D poly above the fixture? (Don't remember....) Are you seeing that or pixilation in the gobo projection? mk Quote Link to comment
cad@sggsa
Good day MK Sorry did not have this on my watched threads. I see that little poly thing that looks like a pixel that did not render. It is bigger when zoomed. PM me your email and I'll send you a render of it. Thanks Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee klinzey Posted June 13, 2011 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted June 13, 2011 12.5 still uses the Gobo Projector. There is no way to hide the polygon, it it what actually contains the texture. If you do anything to hide it, it will hide the texture and the Gobo will not render. It's the geometry that is actually casting the Gobo. Quote Link to comment
cad@sggsa
Hi Kevin (long time) Thanks for explaining. So I just have to accept the fact that there will always be these white specs on my renders when presenting to clients?    Seems to me the thought proses in making them was not done as they will be used for rendering and thus visable.
