acdeslx
I'm trying to create a script to count objects in my drawing. The problem I'm having is that I cannot find the correct "search criteria" to use for my object. I am creating a symbol from a hybrid object (a piece of truss from Spotlight) and using the "Convert to Plug-in Object" option. When I try to do a count on these symbols in VS, I keep getting 0. The statement I'm using is: COUNT((S='test') OR (T='test')); This works on regular symbols, but it doesn't seem to work with this object I've created. I think I might be using the search criteria incorrectly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Dave Quote Link to comment
Jonathan Pickup
as a plug-in object you can search for it's t (type) = Pluginobject if your plug in object name is test then you can search for a record that is test Quote Link to comment
